Well, everyone knows The Beatles!!!
John Lennon had a band called the Quarrymen, which Paul McCartney later joined, then used several other band names until we decided to name ourselves 'The Beatles'. Then Pete Best was fired from the band, and Stuart Sutcliffe left the band, Richard Starkey, A.K.A. Ringo Starr, became the new drummer, and John later said "Ringo's a damn good drummer". For anyone who doesn't know a thing about the Beatles, we have the following members: John Lennon (Deceased), Paul McCartney (Currently aged 67), George Harrison (Deceased), and Ringo Starr (Currently aged 68. He is the oldest in the band). There have been a few filling in drummers, including Andy White (Who plays drums on the most coomonly heard version of Love Me Do) and Jimmy Nicol (Who filled in for Ringo when Ringo had tonsilititus). You can see photos of all of the band, including filling in and previous members (Pete Best, Stuart Sutcliffe, Jimmy Nicol, Andy White ect.).
We first started performing in Liverpool, England, and in Hamburg, Germany in the early 1960's.
We play Rock 'N' roll and pop
